answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about Fastator are provided below.
What is Fastator?
Fastator is an investment company specialised in the real estate sector. We invest in companies run by entrepreneurs where we can lend our capital and expertise to unlock unrealised potential. We invest in both listed and unlisted companies that have an international reach. Our shareholding in these companies amounts to a minimum of 10 per cent and a maximum of 50 per cent. As a rule, we invest at least MSEK 50 in each investment.
The company with its current business orientation was founded in 2015 and listed on Nasdaq First North in September of the same year.
What is Fastator’s vision?
Our vision is to be the leading investment company in the real estate sector in northern Europe. Our financial target is to achieve a 20 per cent return on equity within five years.
Who are Fastator’s competitors?
We see ourselves as market innovators and we have no direct competitors at this time.
Why should people buy shares or bonds in Fastator?
Few opportunities have previously existed for share savers to share in the appreciation in value in the real estate market without owning individual property or a portfolio of properties. Fastator makes it possible. By spreading capital to several underlying investments, we can ensure sound risk diversification and constant modifications to market conditions not otherwise possible in a direct investment.
Why are so many former politicians members of the Board?
Both management and the Board have excellent expertise in real estate, but we also value people who have a strong network in the business community and public service.
IN WHAT TYPES OF COMPANIES DOES FASTATOR INVEST?
We invest in companies and projects driven by entrepreneurs that own, manage, serve and develop real estate in both the public and private sectors.
