Per has over 30 years of experience as a corporate doctor and has been a doctoral student at the Department of Industrial Economics and Organization, KTH, specializing in venture management and responsible for the I-line's final economics courses. Since the early 1990s, he has been involved in some 50 development companies nationally and internationally.

Mats is a lawyer with experience in the shipping and insurance industries in Sweden and abroad. He has a background at Söderberg & Partners, Navigators, and Therium. He currently works as Nordic Director at Deminor Litigation Funding and holds other board positions in companies undergoing turnarounds or special situations. Mats has a strong network among lawyers and authorities in Sweden, as well as experience in regulatory issues in listed environments.
