Per has over 30 years of experience as a corporate doctor and has been a doctoral student at the Department of Industrial Economics and Organization, KTH, specializing in venture management and responsible for the I-line's final economics courses. Since the early 1990s, he has been involved in some 50 development companies nationally and internationally.

Anders has over 20 years of experience from leading positions in the financial industry, including as Vice President of the SEB Group (1997-2011) and as Head of SEB Trygg Liv (1990-2011). Today he works as a consultant and board member of several companies.
