In this Privacy Policy, we explain in more detail how Fastator processing personal data about you in the capacity of representing a company that in turn is a tenant/customer/supplier or potential prospective tenant/customer/supplier with Fastator . The privacy policy applies further to you who visit our website www.fastator.se, and who apply for employment with us.

5. How long do we keep your personal data
Your personal data is retained as long as there is a need to preserve it in order to fulfil the purposes for which the data was collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy. After that, your data will be deleted.
Certain personal data will be stored for seven years from the end of the calendar year in which the financial year to which the information belonged was in order to comply with the relevant accounting legislation.
Contact information for company representatives is stored for the time Fastator deems that the data is necessary to maintain the relationship with the company/organisation. Deletion shall take place when Fastator becomes aware that the information is no longer adequate or relevant for the purpose, or at the request of the contact persons.

Fastator does not disclose personal data to third parties, except in situations where this is required to comply with a legal obligation or to fulfil our obligations to you, tenants, customers, suppliers and partners. Regarding the personal data that is contained and processed on social media such as Facebook and LinkedIn, we refer users to the respective service's policy for information about how they process personal data. Under Fastator the purpose of the treatment is to ensure that representatives of existing customers, potential customers and partners of Fastator be able to interact and have contact with Fastator via social media. This is to contribute to a good relationship with customers and partners and to make Fastator's customer service and product easily accessible through several different channels. The processing is necessary for Fastator's legitimate interest in marketing its brand and services to existing and potential customers as well as to partners (balancing interests).
9. Your rights
Fastator as data controller for the processing of your personal data in accordance with applicable law.
Fastator will, at your request or on your own initiative, correct, de-identify, delete or supplement any information found to be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.

If you do not want Fastator processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to notify this in writing at any time to Fastator . When Fastator have received your notification, Fastator to cease processing the personal data for this marketing purpose.
You have the right, by means of a written application, to receive, free of charge, a register extract from Fastator about the personal data recorded about you, the purposes of the processing and to which recipients the data have been or are to be disclosed. You also have the right to receive information in the extract of the register about the anticipated period during which the data will be stored or the criteria used to determine this period. You also have the right to receive information in the extract of the register of your other rights set out in this paragraph 9.

Fastator have therefore taken the necessary security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration and deletion. We will not disclose your information to anyone else, other than as expressly provided by this Privacy Policy.

Fastator uses cookies-like technologies to provide certain features of the website www.fastator.se as well as to improve our website and to deliver a better and more personalised service. The information is stored in the form of a file containing encrypted login data. Fastator uses cookies in accordance with the Company's cookie policy.

Fastator have the right to change the privacy policy at any time. In the event of changes to this Privacy Policy, the Fastator to publish the adjusted privacy policy on www.fastator.se.
